Choose your holiday home - we'll show you a range of holiday homes - they're all different, you'll be spoilt for choice.

Move in – we’ll get your holiday home ready for you. All you need to do is move in.

Of course, we understand that it’s a big decision and there will be no obligation to purchase a holiday home with us if it’s not right for you.

Running costs

We understand that planning for the future is important which is why we always ensure that our running costs are open and clear.

Taking your first steps towards holiday home ownership may come with some questions. We've got some of them covered below.

Yes, many of our parks have facilities that are exclusive to owners, like owner lounges. We also run events for our owners throughout the year.

Yes, owners always have access to exclusive events and facilities in your park. Our sites have several different features available, including owners lounges, access to beaches, gyms, and on-site shops.

At selected parks you can let out your holiday home to others and you can do this through a third party. We’ll be launching our letting scheme for owners soon though, so keep your eyes peeled!

Most of our parks have agreements with finance companies who can help you to spread the cost of your holiday or park home. You’re also free to find finance from a third party, although not all companies offer this.

Yes. If you do intend to sell, please do let us know first to allow us to make you an offer. If we can’t agree a price, feel free to sell privately to a third party. Your licence agreement gives you full details of how to make a private sale.

You can pay for your holiday lodge outright or using finance. At Lovat Parks, we have a relationship with a subsidiary of Lloyds called Black Horse Finance which is one of the leading finance providers to the caravan industry.

You can escape reality with your family and enjoy a tranquil visit to your home from home as often as you like. However, you can't permanently live in your holiday lodge as our lodges are for leisure and recreational use only.

If you want to find your perfect dream home, several luxurious residential lodges options are available at our residential parks.

As static caravans can depreciate in value they are not considered a financial investment. You’re investing in a lifestyle, the community and the opportunity to take unlimited holidays in some of the best areas of the country with your family and friends.

Letting out your holiday home can offer you an opportunity to recoup your costs and potentially make a profit.

When you purchase a static caravan at a Lovat Park’s park your first year’s fees are included. Ongoing costs include:

  • Finance repayments (if you haven’t purchased outright)

  • Insurance

  • Pitch fees

  • Park fees

  • Utilities

  • Local authority charges

  • Maintenance & repair of your caravan
