Our holiday homes and luxury lodges are amazing, but that’s not only the only reason we think you’ll love being an owner at Padstow Holiday Village.
As well as immaculate grounds, we also have a range of excellent on-park amenities and facilities, so whenever you’re planning to get away — we’re open all year round — you can start relaxing the moment you step on park.
We place incredible importance on service, too. Whether you need dog walk recommendations, seafood restaurant suggestions or top tips for taverns, our team’s always on hand, every time you join us.
As a holiday park group, we also love our surroundings. We even have ‘B Corp’ certification, a rigorous acknowledgement of our environmental and social performance.
Then there’s another aspect to holiday home ownership with us that we believe sets us apart — our location, as if we could forget! Step off park and follow the short footpath through farm fields and you’re at the heart of historic Padstow, whose bustling harbour overlooks the River Camel.
We’re pet friendly, too — and Padstow’s an incredible place for walkies with a view (followed by a cheeky pub pitstop, of course).

Padstow is one of Britain’s most prestigious postcodes, and we’ve worked hard to create a special on-park atmosphere befitting of this status.
Friends for life come free with every holiday home. Enjoy a morning coffee and some pastries in the owners’ lounge with those familiar faces, or grab a bite to eat at one of the pop-up street food vans.
As we mentioned, you won’t need to go far if you’re looking for a low-key day. We have an on-park eateries, a coffee lounge, a licensed shop, kids’ play areas, doggy agility areas, snack bars and even showers for your furry friends. We’re also open all year round, so you can escape on a whim, whatever time of year.
We’re just a relaxing short walk from the centre of Padstow, but not too close. Enjoy that magical mix of Cornwall’s coast and countryside.
This historic harbour town is on the doorstep of everything that makes North Cornwall such a sought-after staycation destination.
We’re sure you’ll make adventures along The Camel Trail — by foot or bike — part of your itinerary whenever you head to your holiday home. 18 miles of traffic free, flat surfaced track following a disused railway line, you’ll pass along the glistening coast and then through the idyllic countryside from Padstow to Wadebridge, Bodmin and Wenfordbridge.
The Padstow and Prideaux Place walk is another of our favourites nearby, heading in the opposite direction along the South West Coast Path. You turn inland from Harbour Cove — a beautiful, deserted golden beach — eventually passing the Tudor mansion Prideaux Place on your way back into Padstow.
Twitchers will also want to keep their eyes peeled for migrant birds, particularly in autumn — buntings, pipits, merlins and peregrines all call the North Cornish coast home!
Hop on the ferry from Padstow Landing and you can explore Rock’s stunning long stretches of dog-friendly beach; the South West Coast Path up to Polzeath takes you past stunning shores — however often you visit your lodge, you’ll never get bored of the sea views from Trebetherick Point.
North Cornwall is synonymous with surfing, so if you’re bringing the board and wetsuit, you could head to Harlyn Bay, Fistral, Watergate Bay, Polzeath or Bude. Or, head further afield for big-ticket attractions like St Michael’s Mount, The Eden Project, The Minack Theatre, Tintagel Castle or The Lost Gardens.
The Camel Trail
There’s no escaping Rick Stein whenever you’re at your holiday home in Padstow. He proudly puts his name to an array of restaurants in the town, and a sit-down at one of his Michelin-starred eateries is always an evening well spent.
In fact, we’d say Padstow’s the cuisine capital of Cornwall. There’s no many incredible indies, offering sumptuous seafood, a smooth St Austell Brewery ale and a very warm welcome.
For freshly-caught fruits de mer, don’t miss Prawn on the Lawn, Paul Ainworth at Number 6 or The Seafood Restaurant. For delicious home cooked pub favourites or a pizza, The Old Custom House and Shipwrights are excellent.
Everything you’ll need — and more — to get away to North Cornwall time and again in style. What’s more, you won’t have to pay any site fees until 2024!
We love our four-legged lodgers. Padstow Holiday Village is completely dog friendly — be sure to make the most of our dog showers, snack bar and agility area every time you head to your holiday home.
You can’t beat those refreshing morning walks into Padstow through farm fields, or ball chasing along Harbour Cove beach. It’s within dog-walking distance from our park and has no restrictions year round.
For those post-adventure refreshments, your four-legged friends are more than catered for, too. Be sure to check out our guide to the best dog-friendly pubs and restaurants in Padstow.
Create some nostalgia. With our own on-park play area, we’re also totally child friendly. ‘Padstow Lifeboat Station’ is a lifesaver for parents and grandparents!
We’ve got everything covered so you can just pack a bag, set off and be relaxing in your lodge in no time.
From perusing holiday homes to picking up the keys, we want to make it as stress free and fun — as it should be. This might be a decision you’ve been planning for many, many years. Everything has to be just perfect, and you’re bound to have many questions.
Communication is at the heart of how we work. Site fees, park developments, or just a good old natter — we love our owners’ feedback and our doors are always open for a chat. After all, it’s your home from home.
Peace of mind matters, too. As well as free site fees until 2024, each holiday lodge comes with extended warranty.
From that initial enquiry through to ongoing after-sales care, our team is with you at every stage of your holiday home ownership journey. Check out our quick guide to steps to ownership with us.
