Open 12 months of the year to owners, our 21 acre Padstow park is the perfect base for year round adventures, from the unique May Day celebrations to late night shopping at the Padstow Christmas Market. Buying a holiday lodge at Padstow Holiday Village means years of enjoyment with a 50 year licence.
At Padstow Holiday Village, we’re often asked about the differences between our holiday homes and holiday lodges, and we’re delighted to shed some light! -Our holiday homes offer cosy comfort with modern amenities and double glazing, and our lodges offer the same with some added luxuries like spacious layouts, walk in wardrobes, and more. Both options are fully furnished and pet-friendly and we offer financing options through Santander and our Love To Let service to help you offset your running costs. Available Holiday Homes In Cornwall
Site fees undergo annual review in November. Running expenses, like non-domestic rates and water charges, are billed annually in March unless your selected Padstow holiday home has a water meter. Gas and electricity usage is metered and billed quarterly, and insurance is mandatory, requiring an annual certificate submission.
Many owners use our fully managed letting service, Love To Let, to cover costs. We handle everything from cleaning to advertising. Let us know if you have specific dates in mind during the holiday season between March and October.

Beautifully kept park, spotless accommodation, lovely little touches milk in fridge etc. easy to get to Padstow and surrounding area on the bus, even with two dogs. Bus stops at end of road. Would definitely return next year.
