Something new is taking shape at Sandpiper at Waxham Sands. Nestled along one of Norfolk’s quietest, most picturesque coastlines, Sandpiper is evolving once again, and we’re excited to introduce the newest additions to our community.
A brand new collection of 13 holiday homes are on the way, thoughtfully positioned near the dunes to preserve the tranquillity and natural beauty that make this place so special. Soon, you’ll have even more ways to enjoy our wide-open beaches, big skies and the neighbouring seal colony at Horsey Gap.
Alongside these new additions, we’ve enhanced phases one, two and three with further planting, including native marram grasses along the sand bank facing the coastal path and dunes beyond. Guests will also notice a refreshed arrival experience, with the main access road newly top coated and our sales office now relocated just beyond reception, surrounded by colourful planting.

We’re excited to share a first look at what’s coming to Green Hill Farm Holiday Village as we begin the next chapter of its development.
We’ve got an exciting collection of 15 new holiday lodges coming soon, including four of our larger Retreat units. Offering even more opportunities to enjoy holiday home ownership in the heart of the New Forest, it’s a chance to secure your own place to escape surrounded by nature and wildlife.
Careful planning has ensured the spacious feel of this area remains, with generous open spaces retained throughout. We’ve also introduced further tree planting in natural clusters, thoughtfully positioned to create added privacy and enhance the experience for both guests and owners.
Discover Green Hill Farm
Set within the beautiful surroundings of Cornish Meadows, an exciting new development phase is coming to Trelawny Way introducing 6 new lodges and 4 new holiday homes. It’s another opportunity to enjoy ownership in one of Cornwall’s most desirable locations. The new development will be completed on 1st May.
A great deal of work has gone into preparing the area, including below-ground surface water systems that carefully channel rainwater to the natural watercourses surrounding the park. This helps keep the development dry and enjoyable for guests all year round.
Landscaping will play a key role, with new tree planting designed to blend seamlessly into the neighbouring woodland. A planted swale will also help manage heavy rainfall, while creating a colourful seasonal feature filled with wildflowers that thrive in both wet and dry conditions.
