Always so clean and family friendly. Offering great services and a lovely atmosphere.
Lovely holiday lodges and cleaned to a high standard, nice little welcome pack. The whole of the park was beautiful and gardens well maintained. Staff were very helpful & friendly
Repeat visitors whether as a couple with our dog Nellie or along with friends. The site allows easy access to the New Forest which is a joy, as well as an ideal base for places of interest like Lymington, Mudeford and Salisbury. Efficiently managed by Ross, supported by Steve with special mention of Amelia at Reception giving a delightful first point of contact and is a joy to deal with whilst on-site or in between our frequent visits when booking or preparing to visit.
We were very impressed with Greenhill Farm. The staff were excellent I had to change the date of our holiday twice because of illness and the staff were very helpful. All staff working around the site were pleasant. The lodge was lovely and very clean. The site was very well cared for. The splash pad, play park and pizzeria were a big hit when we had our granddaughters staying. We will definitely be returning. A further development that I think would be beneficial for guests would be to have Embers open all day for coffees and snacks while the children are at in the play area.
This was the first time that we had used such a park and I have to say, that we were more than delighted with everything the park had to offer. It’s not often that your highest hopes for an extended family holiday are reached and to some extent surpassed. The attention to detail in every regard from the excellent lodge to the activity areas was very much appreciated. We felt that there was a high level of discreet care which is perfect when holidaying with grand children. We didn’t take part in all the available activities but those that we did, we thoroughly enjoyed.
