What's the difference between a residential park and a holiday park?
Holiday parks differ from residential parks in that they cannot be used as your main residence. Even if a holiday park has a 12-month licence, it is not possible to live there year-round. However, buying a residential lodge on a residential park allows you to make it your long term or permanent residence. Although we have six parks that provide ownership options, there are only two special parks that offer full residential specification lodges as well as holiday lodges.
