FAQs

You’re free to ask us anything, anytime. Here’s what we’ve been asked in the past.

We know that you’re likely to have questions regarding our parks, holiday home ownership or holidaying with us, so here are the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. Any other questions, feel free to call us on 0333 200 1010 or email us.

Ownership

Our holiday homes are for recreational and leisure use only, so you can’t live in them all year. Permanent homes are available on our residential parks.

Yes, your friends and family are very welcome to use your holiday home whenever you wish.

Our holiday homes and park homes are built to high standards, so many things need little or no maintenance. A lot of manufacturers offer extended warranties, however, these won’t cover general wear and tear.

Most of our parks have agreements with finance companies who can help you to spread the cost of your holiday or park home. You’re also free to find finance from a third party, although not all companies offer this.

Yes. If you do intend to sell, please do let us know first to allow us to make you an offer. If we can’t agree a price, feel free to sell privately to a third party. Your licence agreement gives you full details of how to make a private sale.

Kent

The top four surfing beaches in Kent are Sunny Sands located in Folkestone, whilst Botany Bay, Viking Bay Broadstairs and Joss Bay are all found in the Margate area.

Kent has 9 Blue Flag beaches, including Margate and St Mildred’s Bay. Both Minster Leas beach and Sheerness beach on the Isle of Sheppey are a short distance from our Kent holiday sites.

The Isle of Sheppey is a hidden gem, blessed with beautiful beaches, wonderful walks, two nature reserves and access to the rest of the county. It’s also where you’ll find our excellent Kent holiday parks.

Both of our Kent parks are suitable for couples. I would suggest checking out Hollybush Farm Holiday Park for a more peaceful laid back oasis which allows a couple to be more at one with nature and the countryside. More fun-loving couples looking for a range of activities on and off the holiday park might appreciate Golden Leas.

Yes, there are plenty of dog-friendly beaches for your furry friends. Kent has sandy beaches and adventurous shorelines for your pooch. Beaches to check out include Reculver Bay, Kingsgate Bay, and Dungeness.

Yes, both parks are pet-friendly. Your 4-legged friend is very welcome to join you on your holiday.

Corton is actually the ideal spot for your Suffolk holiday base. Quiet, with wonderful natural surroundings, it has a great beach and local amenities yet it is also perfectly placed for Suffolk and Norfolk’s most popular attractions.
