Booking Terms & Conditions.

We don’t do small-print, which is why our T&Cs are clear and the same size as everything else.

Please read through these Terms and Conditions carefully as together with your holiday booking confirmation, the information on our website and in our brochure, make up your holiday booking contract with us (Lovat Parks Limited, registered company no. 10782220) and you are agreeing to the following:

Your holiday booking

General

When booking your holiday, you are agreeing that your holiday is for recreational and leisure purposes only and that you will abide by our park rules. This applies to you and all members of your party. If you don’t, it may result in you and your party being asked to leave the park and no refund will be due to you.

Prices

We will try to make sure that any prices shown on our website or given over the phone, in writing or in person are correct. Occasionally, an incorrect price may be given due to an error. When we become aware of such an error, we reserve the right to raise or lower the price of your holiday and if you do not wish to accept the correct price, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday booking. All holiday prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.

Securing your holiday booking

We will request a £50 deposit, or full payment (if the total balance due is less than £50), at the time of booking to secure your holiday. All deposits are non-refundable.

Full payment of the remaining balance is due 8 weeks before you arrive. If your arrival date is within 8 weeks, then full payment needs to be made when you book.

We accept credit or debit card payments only (except American Express) – sorry, no cheques or bank transfers. Holiday bookings can’t be held for payment on arrival.

If we don’t receive full payment within 48 hours of the balance due date, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday and no refund will be due to you.

It’s your responsibility to check that all the details shown on your holiday booking confirmation are correct. If there are any errors, please let the park know as soon as possible as we may not be able to make changes later.

The lead guest on the holiday booking is responsible for all payments and the behaviour of all members of the holiday party. The minimum age of a lead guest is 21.

Once you have booked and paid your deposit, we won’t change your holiday price regardless of any increase or decrease in the prevailing VAT rate.

If you arrive on the park with equipment different to what was originally booked, or more people in your party, we reserve the right to (a) restrict the units / people allowed to use the pitch, (b) allocate additional units / pitch(es) if available at the appropriate charge, or (c) cancel your holiday booking and no refund will be due to you.

We require all guests to check-out by 10am on the day of departure. If you check-out before your booked departure date no refund will be due to you.

In addition, if the damage prevents following bookings from using the accommodation, we reserve the right to recover any loss of revenue or other costs that we may incur. We may also go into your holiday home at a reasonable time (and on reasonable notice) during your holiday to check things. Any damage to your accommodation could result in your holiday booking being cancelled and no refund will be due to you. If there is an emergency, we can enter your accommodation without warning.
