How Love To Let works
1. To sign up, simply fill out a form and indicate the dates you want to let your holiday home. Pop it in the post or leave with reception.
2. Once we’ve received your dates, we’ll confirm in writing and begin managing bookings that come through for you. It's as easy as that.
3. After your site fees are paid, you can choose whether to withdraw earnings or keep them on your owner account.

How income is calculated
Commission and Fees:
- A 20% commission is deducted to cover the entire booking process, including handling from start to departure.
- Additionally, a cleaning and laundry fee of £60 for a caravan or £90 for a lodge is subtracted.
- These fees are deducted from the amount paid by the holidaymaker. The remaining balance is yours.
Payment Process:
- Letting income is typically transferred to your owner account at the end of the holiday season but If you’d like us to pay before, then all you have to do is ask.
- Monthly statements will detail the income earned in the previous month with a final statement provided at the end of the holiday season.
- Your account manager will maintain regular contact with you with booking updates.
