Available Holiday Homes In Norfolk
As a Waxham Sands holiday home owner, buying one of our holiday homes for sale gives you access to our park for 8 months every year and your holiday home to enjoy for as long as 20 years. Annual site fees, updated in November, are communicated to owners. Running costs include non-domestic rates and water charges billed annually in March. Gas and electric charges, metered and billed quarterly, are payable within 14 days. An annual gas safety certificate and an electricity test every 3 years are required. To cover fees and upkeep, some owners utilise our fully managed letting service, Love To Let, during the holidaymaker season from March to October.
