We provide a clear breakdown of upkeep running expenses each season, including annual site fees, non-domestic rates, water charges, and gas/electric bills. These are reviewed annually in November and notified to owners for the following season. We’re open year-round for owners, with a 100 year licence, the most competitive in the Fowey area. Financing options are available through Santander. To cover costs, many owners use our fully managed letting service, Love To Let, for hassle free holiday lets.

We had a fantastic weekend at Penmarlam Lodge Retreat! The lodge was spotless and equipped with everything we needed, including super comfy beds. The hot tub was a highlight – a big thank you to Phil for taking the time to show us how it worked and for checking it every morning to ensure it was perfect. The location is amazing; one day we took the ferry to Fowey, and on Sunday, we enjoyed a delicious roast at The Ferry Inn in Polruan. The on-site shop was well-stocked, and the team were so friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to return!
Brilliant place. Lovely and quiet. Lodge was beautiful. Only thing that let it down were the cooking trays. Otherwise amazing!
We’re frequent visitors to Lovat Parks as we enjoy the excellent standard of accommodation in great locations. The perfect base for family get-togethers, with a warm welcome for our dog too.
Booking was made by my son but my confirmation emails and pre-arrival emails were all self explanatory and useful.
The site was lovely, obviously planned with nature in mind (lots of trees and mixed hedges, leaving small areas to go to seed for the birds) and well maintained. The staff were lovely, welcoming and informative. The lodges were like new and spotlessly clean. And the countryside views at Penmarlam were just beautiful!
