Available Holiday Homes In the New Forest
We provide a clear breakdown of upkeep running expenses each season, including annual site fees, non-domestic rates, water charges, and gas/electric bills. These are reviewed annually in November and notified to owners for the following season. Our holiday village is open year-round for owners, with a 50 year licence. Financing options are available through Santander. To cover costs, many owners use our fully managed letting service, Love To Let, for hassle free holiday rentals.
