It’s just as important to us as it is to you that there are no hidden surprises or nasties when owning with Lovat Parks. We want it to be a walk in the woods for everyone.
That’s why we’ve summarised all the upkeep considerations and running costs you need to consider each season. The most common question we get is around site fees. Those are reviewed annually and notified to owners in November of each year for the following season and are due by 31st January.
Then there are some running costs to look out for, including non-domestic rates and water charges, billed annually in March covering the period from 1st April to 31st March of the following year. Payment due within 14 days of receipt.
When it comes to your gas and electric, usage is metered and charges are billed quarterly and are payable within 14 days of receipt. Total bills will vary depending on usage. An annual gas safety certificate is required as well as an electricity test every 3 years.
Your holiday home or lodge is yours to use year-round as Green Hill Farm Holiday Village is open 12 months a year to owners for holiday use only. Each of our holiday homes has a 50-year licence, so you and yours can enjoy it for many years to come.
Our prospective owners can access trusted financing through our partnership with Santander. We’ve got dedicated sales teams at each park ready to guide you through the various options available. All you need to do is ask.
To cover site fees and upkeep, some of our owners choose to let their lodge or holiday home out using our fully managed letting service, Love To Let. From cleaning to key collection and advertising, our team takes care of your home like it’s their own without you lifting a finger post sign up. If there are dates you want to keep to yourself during our holidaymaker season between March and October, just let us know. Your forever holiday home is yours to use year-round, after all.
