Our holiday homes come with all the comforts you’d expect, like fully-fitted kitchens, stylish furniture, and superfast Wi-Fi. We understand that buying a holiday home is a significant decision, which is why we offer finance options to help spread the cost. And remember, unlike a traditional second home, you don’t have to pay stamp duty on a holiday home. For instance, our solar panel project has already saved over 11.3 tonnes of CO2e, and we have reduced our waste sent to landfill by 45.5% against our 2022 baseline. How often can I use my holiday home?

Our parks are open for most of the year, giving you the freedom to escape for a weekend or stay for a few weeks. You can enjoy your holiday home through all the seasons, whether it’s for a summer beach break or a cosy autumn escape.

Can I use my holiday home as a permanent residence?

Our holiday homes are for leisure and recreational use, so they cannot be used as a primary residence. However, we do offer residential park home ownership at two of our gorgeous parks for those looking to make a permanent move.

Can you help with the financial arrangements?

Yes, most of our parks have agreements with specialist finance companies who can help you spread the cost of your holiday home. You can find more information in our ownership brochure.

What are the running costs?
