If any work needed does come along within the first year of owning your lodge, the free one-year warranty* can help cover any necessary work and reduce stress. 8. No stamp duty

While you can't take out a mortgage on one of our residential lodges, some of the traditional costs associated with home ownership are eradicated including stamp duty. Instead, you just pay an annual site fee. To make buying as simple as possible, we offer a variety of collateral to help ease your decision making process including an ownership brochure.
