We offer spacious two and three bedroom lodges for sale featuring family-sized kitchens, en suite bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes, and ample storage. We also offer holiday homes for sale, lovingly built over a slightly smaller floor plan for maximum cosiness.

Available Holiday Homes In Suffolk
We understand that becoming a holiday home owner is a big decision, so we’ve outlined the key costs to help you make an informed choice. The most common question we get is around site fees. Those are reviewed annually and notified to owners in November of each year for the following season. Then there are some running costs to look out for, including non-domestic rates and water charges, billed annually in March. When it comes to your electric, usage is metered and charged quarterly. Gas is bottled. Your holiday home must always be adequately insured. We will need you to provide us with a copy of the current certificate annually.
