Lovat staff are super helpful and friendly. Their holiday park is very well maintained and it’s always a pleasure to stay there. Prices seem good compared to other self catering options in Cornwall.
Beautiful place, just stunning. We had a lovely peaceful break in beautiful brand new accommodation with a hot tub, couldn’t have asked for more and fantastic value for money. The kids particularly loved sleeping in the mezzanine area with a view of the sky. The attention to detail was exemplary, nothing was unconsidered. The staff were so friendly and had excellent knowledge of the area and the overall vibe was exactly what we needed. The beach is gorgeous, you absolutely have to make sure to be up in time for sunrise at least once, the seals are a perfect addition. The whole park is beautifully maintained and everywhere is perfectly clean. We will be back. Highly, highly recommend. Thanks for having us.x
It was a wonderful experience, beautiful relaxing child friendly site (lovely play park and close access to the beach and dunes) in an idyllic location. The S-Pod was to a great standard and we hade a great time.
I would say one thing that we did not like, we felt rushed on the leaving day our as the hot tub cleaner was emptying/cleaning as we tried to pack up. Whilst I understand there is a tight turn-around feel that this was a little unnecessary, I think a half an hour would not have made much difference. He was very polite but it was quite annoying having to dodge each other as we packed up.
Six star experience. Always a bright & cheerful reception from staff at Penmarlem who, as usual, could not do enough to help make our stay as pleasant as possible.
We have stayed several times now in various lodges at Penmarlem and have never really been disappointed, very clean, well organised with everything needed in place. We find it far better than staying in a hotel. Big thank you to Sam & staff-keep up the good work.
