We believe buying a holiday home should be one of life’s most exciting experiences. That’s why we’ve designed our process to be simple, friendly, and completely without pressure.

  2. Arrange a Visit: Come and see the park for yourself. We’ll give you a relaxed tour so you can get a feel for the atmosphere and meet our friendly team.
  3. A Warm Welcome: Before any commitment is made, we require a dedicated welcome meeting. This is our chance to sit down with you, answer every single question, and make sure you have all the information you need.
  4. Find Your Home & Finance: We’ll help you find the perfect home for your needs and budget. To make ownership more accessible, we partner exclusively with Santander Consumer Finance to offer tailored holiday home finance options. Please note that mortgages are not available for holiday homes.

To be fully transparent, our holiday home prices start from £73,000, with site fees from £3,650 (including VAT) and typical annual running costs for utilities starting from £1,000.

Absolutely! Your holiday home is your personal retreat to share as you wish. Friends and family are welcome to use it and enjoy the park facilities any time during the open season.

Can I let out my holiday home?

Yes, you can. Letting your holiday home can be a great way to help with running costs. This is available at all our parks except for Golden Beach, which is an exclusive owner-only community. We also offer a fully managed "Love to Let" service that handles everything from marketing to changeovers for a 25% + VAT commission.

How long is the ownership licence?

We are proud to offer some of the most generous licence agreements in the industry. They range from a minimum of 20 years at Waxham Sands right up to an incredible 100 years at Penmarlam Lodge Retreat, giving you long-term security and peace of mind.
