Our Price Promise Guarantee means if the price drops on our website up to 8 weeks before your stay, we’ll match it or refund the difference if you’ve paid in full. So you can plan ahead, relax, and look forward to your next Lovat escape knowing you’ve locked in our best price.
Price promise guarantee is applicable for the same park, arrival date, duration, accommodation and any extras that were part of your original booking and can only be applied by calling 0333 200 1010 or by emailing us at hello@lovatparks.com after you have seen the price cheaper on our website and will not be applied automatically. Offer applies to static and glamping accommodation and excludes touring and camping holidays. Offer must be booked direct with Lovat Parks and cannot be booked through a third party or used with any other third-party offer. Offer applies to new bookings only and cannot be added retrospectively. This offer is subject to promotional rate availability and may be withdrawn or reduced at any time.
The balance of your holiday will be due 8 weeks prior to arrival. We do not hold card details so you’ll need to call or go online to pay the balance. You will receive a reminder a week before your balance is due.
The deposit is £50 regardless of the duration.
If we don’t receive full payment within 48 hours of the balance due date, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday and no refund will be due to you.
All deposits are non-refundable and non transferable.
