Once you’ve visited our lovely Golden Leas park and the nearby Hollybush Farm development, it’s hard to believe that we’re only a short journey from the hustle and bustle of London.

Elmley and Swale nature reserves are located on Sheppey itself, whilst the east coast of the isle boasts not one, not two, but three Blue Flag beaches — Sheerness, Minster Leas and Leysdown.

The Kent Downs and its gorgeous woodland, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, are just two ticks away. Heaven on earth for humans and dogs!

Our Green Hill Farm location not only boasts a huge range of on-park amenities, but it’s on the doorstep of the gorgeous New Forest National Park — 150 square miles of ancient, wildlife-filled heathland and forestry.

Hop in the car and day trip out to the charming, chocolate box villages of Brockenhurst, Lyndhurst, Burley and Ashurst. Beaulieu is home to the National Motor Museum — worth a visit even if cars aren’t really your thing, even if just for the scenery!

Just a quick trip down to the coast is the colourful Georgian seaside town of Lymington, boasting its iconic, extremely Instagrammable beach huts.

Start your day by heading to the on-park shop — perhaps pick up the paper and some freshly-baked croissants. Then, head back, brew a nice cafetière and enjoy some morning sun on the decking of your luxury lodge. Afterwards, head for the coast or countryside for an afternoon ramble. Old fashioned fun, brand new lodges.

You can escape reality with your family and enjoy a tranquil visit to your home from home as often as you like. However, you can't permanently live in your holiday lodge as our lodges are for leisure and recreational use only.

If you want to find your perfect dream home, several luxurious residential lodges options are available at our residential parks.

Modern lodges are built to extremely high standards which typically means you will have less maintenance than traditional bricks and mortar homes. You're also likely to find that your new holiday home comes with an extended warranty, although these don't cover wear and tear.

There are some ongoing costs associated with ownership, such as:

  • Pitch fees

  • Finance repayments (unless you purchased outright)

  • Business rates

  • Lodge insurance

  • Maintenance and repairs

  • Utilities (electric, gas, water etc.)

You can pay for your holiday lodge outright or using finance. At Lovat Parks, we have a relationship with a subsidiary of Lloyds called Black Horse Finance which is one of the leading finance providers to the caravan industry.

Yes, owners always have access to exclusive events and facilities in your park. Our sites have several different features available, including owners lounges, access to beaches, gyms, and on-site shops.

Most of our parks have agreements with finance companies who can help you to spread the cost of your lodge. You’re also free to find finance from a third party, although not all companies offer this.
