The Kent Downs and its gorgeous woodland, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, are just two ticks away. Heaven on earth for humans and dogs!
If the beauty of the Norfolk Broads National Park and the miles of unstretched coastline sound good to you, then Golden Beach could be your location for holiday home ownership.
If you’re not honing your boat skills or day tripping it out to lovely Wroxham & Hoveton, you might be down at pup-friendly Horsey Gap beach to marvel at the chubby little grey seals.
Norfolk offers up an incredible mixture of magical sights, best experienced by being a holiday home owner, we’d say!
Aldeburgh, Southwold, Thorpeness, Felixstowe, Lowestoft — there’s an incredible array of villages and iconic seaside town resorts. Coin slot by the amusements, or stroll the sands with some fish and chips.
As well as being on the grounds of the historic Colman estate, we have direct access to Corton’s dog-friendly beach. As a luxury lodge owner at Azure Seas, you’re in the perfect location for unlimited nostalgic coastal getaways.
Not only do we have a selection of beautiful lodges, but we also have a conservation accreditation — proof of our commitment to these gorgeous natural surroundings!
Our Green Hill Farm location not only boasts a huge range of on-park amenities, but it’s on the doorstep of the gorgeous New Forest National Park — 150 square miles of ancient, wildlife-filled heathland and forestry.
Hop in the car and day trip out to the charming, chocolate box villages of Brockenhurst, Lyndhurst, Burley and Ashurst. Beaulieu is home to the National Motor Museum — worth a visit even if cars aren’t really your thing, even if just for the scenery!
Just a quick trip down to the coast is the colourful Georgian seaside town of Lymington, boasting its iconic, extremely Instagrammable beach huts.
Our beautifully-designed lodges are all different in their own way, but each boasts stylish design, excellent build quality and generously-sized rooms — including en suites, walk-in wardrobes, vaulted ceilings and WiFi connectivity.
To say that buying a lodge is a big decision would be an understatement. It can be life changing and incredible, but it’s not something many people do lightly. You might’ve been planning for years — decades, in fact.
We’re delighted to offer a range of new and pre-loved lodges, so you’re sure to find something that works for your budget. Feel free to talk to our friendly team about finance plans; our lovely on-park teams are always happy to lend a hand. We’re here with you every step of the lodge ownership journey.
Once you’ve got the keys, it’s all yours — but we don’t stop there, of course. Our aim? Complete peace of mind.
We have a lovely after-sales team on hand for all those queries and questions, and we also place immense importance on communication at our parks. Whether it’s the regular newsletters, the open-door policy, the frequent updates or the transparent approach to site fees, we always want you to have your say and feel part of your community.
Your feedback is absolutely key as part of creating this sense of community — we want you to truly feel part of the family.
Buying a luxury lodge is about more than having a convenient base in one of Britain’s most breathtaking locations!
Whether it’s our friendly team members or your fabulous fellow lodge owners, we know you’ll feel right at home the moment you step on park.
We like to think that we’re an ownership community like no other, offering life-changing experiences. Whether you need our top tips for dog-friendly woodland walks or coastal capers, nothing’s too much trouble. Service matters.
As well as having been recognised for our conservation commitments, we even boast B Corp Certification, a rigorous measurement of our social and environmental responsibility. We’re serious about sustainability.
We love our local landscapes, businesses, wildlife and people and are proud to have so many long-lasting partnerships with many of them.
Start your day by heading to the on-park shop — perhaps pick up the paper and some freshly-baked croissants. Then, head back, brew a nice cafetière and enjoy some morning sun on the decking of your luxury lodge. Afterwards, head for the coast or countryside for an afternoon ramble. Old fashioned fun, brand new lodges.
All of our parks are child friendly, so the whole family can come along — a place where kids get to play like, well, kids. Don’t forget the four-legged family members, either. Whenever you head to your luxury lodge, at least two dogs are welcome to come along.
Just like our luxury lodges, each park is unique. As such, amenities and facilities on offer will vary. But what we can assure you of is everything you need for a luxury lodge ownership experience.

You can escape reality with your family and enjoy a tranquil visit to your home from home as often as you like. However, you can't permanently live in your holiday lodge as our lodges are for leisure and recreational use only.
If you want to find your perfect dream home, several luxurious residential lodges options are available at our residential parks.
Modern lodges are built to extremely high standards which typically means you will have less maintenance than traditional bricks and mortar homes. You're also likely to find that your new holiday home comes with an extended warranty, although these don't cover wear and tear.
There are some ongoing costs associated with ownership, such as:
Finance repayments (unless you purchased outright)
Maintenance and repairs
Utilities (electric, gas, water etc.)
You can pay for your holiday lodge outright or using finance. At Lovat Parks, we have a relationship with a subsidiary of Lloyds called Black Horse Finance which is one of the leading finance providers to the caravan industry.
Yes, owners always have access to exclusive events and facilities in your park. Our sites have several different features available, including owners lounges, access to beaches, gyms, and on-site shops.
Most of our parks have agreements with finance companies who can help you to spread the cost of your lodge. You’re also free to find finance from a third party, although not all companies offer this.
