The magic and excitement of a Great British getaway isn’t restricted to adults, of course. What about those on two little legs, or four furry ones?

Our parks are child friendly, each with play areas that’ll keep them busy — that’s if you’re not building sandcastles and lapping up ice cream on the nearby beach, of course.

At Green Hill Farm, we even have a ranger activity program, archery, amusements, a water splash pad and mini golf! You can’t beat a bit of old fashioned fun.

We’re also completely pet friendly, welcoming up to two dogs per trip. Bound along the Norfolk Broads, dive into the Suffolk sea, wind through New Forest woodland, ball-chase along Kent’s coast or curl up in a Cornish country pub. They’ll love it — these are walkies with a view.

When the day’s adventuring is done, we have the amenities for Fido to be showered off before returning to your holiday home.

To help, we have a partnership with Black Horse Finance — a subsidiary of Lloyds Bank and one of the leading finance providers in the UK caravan industry — to offer competitive finance options.

This may help to open up luxury caravan ownership to those who otherwise may not have considered it affordable or viable. For additional peace of mind, all of our caravan have extended warranties. Not that you’ll likely need it — these are all built to incredible standards.

Once you’re an owner, our team’s hard work doesn’t stop, of course. To help us maintain our special community, communication is key: regular newsletters, an open-door policy and complete transparency on site fees.

With tiny seaside towns, rugged cliffs and white sand beaches, Cornwall is synonymous with surfing and staycations.

At Padstow, you’re a 30-minute walk through farm fields from the famous harbour town, a destination renowned for its food scene and independent shops. Sun Haven is less than a mile from award-winning beach in nearby Mawgan Porth — itself just down the coastal walking path from the National Trust’s Bedruthan Steps.

Finally, at Penmarlam, sitting in Bodinnick, we are creating a small development of luxury holiday homes with the ultimate backdrop — Fowey’s mind blowing estuary. You’re only 10 minutes’ walk from the ferry point.

The New Forest — for Wiltshire’s winding, wondrous woodland.

The New Forest sprawls across swathes of Hampshire and Wiltshire, offering an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

With beautiful woodland, wild horses, extensive moorland and access to stunning coastline, it’s a true hidden gem for caravan owners. Then, just a moment away, you’ve got the charming New Forest villages of Brockenhurst, Lyndhurst and Beaulieu, as well as the colourful coastal town of Lymington.

Kent — for Blue Flag coastline & never-ending nature reserves.

It’s known as the ‘garden of England’ for very good reason.

Expansive countryside, towering woodland and wonderful vineyards of the Kent Downs — an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty — the Kent coast boasts historic castles and golden sands; a day tripper’s paradise.

The Isle of Sheppey, home to Golden Leas, boasts not one but two nature reserves, as well as oodles of Blue Flag beach. Suffolk — for seaside villages and 50 miles of heritage coastline.

Discover Azure Seas, our award-winning, owners-only holiday park nestled by the coast in the charming Suffolk village of Corton.

This estate — formerly the weekend home of Lord and Lady Colman, of Colman Mustard’s fame — is located in a woodland setting just above the beach. On park, we’ve even recreated a fountain and pond area reminiscent of Lady Colman’s former garden. Peace and tranquillity as standard.

From the sights of Southwold to the hustle and bustle of Lowestoft, there’s no shortage of characterful coastal resorts in the vicinity — and let’s not forget the Norfolk Broads just up the road!

Norfolk — for the Broads, seal colonies & endless coastal expanse.

Norfolk offers a wondrous blend of Blue Flag beaches, rolling countryside and wildlife-filled waterways; the perfect place for a home-from-home. Your base for this? Our lovely Golden Beach Holiday Park.

You’re two minutes from Sea Palling and its beautiful beach, as well as a stone’s throw from Horsey Gap — often frequented by grey seal colonies. The bustle of Yarmouth feels worlds away, even though it can be reached by car.

All our owners, whether they own a static caravan or one of our luxury holiday lodges, have access to a number of exclusive owner perks. Our parks have owners’ clubs and lounges as well as events exclusive to owners throughout the year.

When you purchase a static caravan at a Lovat Park’s park your first year’s fees are included. Ongoing costs include:

  • Finance repayments (if you haven’t purchased outright)

  • Insurance

  • Pitch fees

  • Park fees

  • Utilities

  • Local authority charges

  • Maintenance & repair of your caravan

As static caravans can depreciate in value they are not considered a financial investment. You’re investing in a lifestyle, the community and the opportunity to take unlimited holidays in some of the best areas of the country with your family and friends.

Letting out your holiday home can offer you an opportunity to recoup your costs and potentially make a profit.

You can sell your static caravan through Lovat or yourself to other potential owners. You aren’t committing to own it forever. We offer a number of pre-owned and used caravans for sale and aim to help our owners sell their caravan if they want to.

Most of our parks have agreements with finance companies who can help you to spread the cost of your holiday or park home. You’re also free to find finance from a third party, although not all companies offer this.
