Is the £50 deposit refundable or transferable?
All deposits are non-refundable and non transferable.
What if I don’t pay the balance by the 8 weeks?
If we don’t receive full payment within 48 hours of the balance due date, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday and no refund will be due to you.
Is the deposit the same for any duration?
The deposit is £50 regardless of the duration.
How do I pay my balance& will I receive a reminder?
We do not hold card details so customers will need to call or go online to pay the balance. You will receive a reminder a week before balance is due.
