Whether you’re ambling northwards along Corton’s unspoiled sandy beach to the lovely seaside village of Hopton-on-Sea, or you’re winding the afternoon away in the nearby Corton Woods Local Nature Reserve, ours is the place to reconnect with the Great Outdoors.
Our surroundings are incredible, and we’re committed to keeping them that way. We’ve even got the accolades to prove it — a Gold award as part of the David Bellamy Conservation Awards programme.
But just as we care for nature, we care for each other, too. Whether you’re escaping to your holiday home for a quick weekend or a longer stay, our team is on hand to make it the best one yet.
It’s not a proper family getaway unless everyone can come along, which is why our luxury holiday park in Suffolk is completely dog friendly — feel free to bring up to two four-legged friends with you whenever you join us.
With direct access to the gorgeous dog-friendly beach and being only a stone’s throw from the golden sands of Hopton, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft, there’s more than enough room to chase balls and fetch sticks. If you’re feeling like more of a landlubber, no one ever tires of the nature-filled winding walks on offer at the nearby Corton Woods or Carlton Marshes Nature Reserves.
Once Fido’s showered up, if there’s still energy left to burn, head out to one of many amazing dog-friendly restaurants, taverns and pubs in our area. We must point you in the direction of The White Horse Inn, just up the road from our park.
Suffolk offers the ultimate blend of everything that makes for an amazing Great British retreat — coast, country, woodland, wildlife and quaint villages. This region offers a tranquil seaside sojourn that’s only a couple of hours away from London; just a trip down the motorway, but it feels worlds away.
Holiday home ownership is never a decision anyone makes lightly. Everything’s got to be absolutely perfect — the location, the community, the park facilities, the lodges themselves. If you’re considering purchasing your dream home from home, you might also want to explore our luxury parks in Cornwall, Norfolk, and the New Forest.
Suffolk was made for day trippers — we could reel off amazing local attractions all day. The beautifully-preserved Somerleyton Hall, a Tudor mansion with a delightful maze and gardens, promises a historic, pleasant day out for all the family.
As well as innumerous nature reserves, Oulton Broad is ideal for walking, wildlife, water sports and fishing.
Suffolk also places you right on the doorstep of Norfolk, itself home to the wildlife-filled waterways of the Broads National Park, as well as the BeWILDerwood Adventure Park for the little ones. Slightly closer to home, Lowestoft’s Pleasurewood Hills is also sure to keep the kids entertained.
Looking for a quintessential Great British beach day? You can’t say fairer than the short trip up to Yarmouth, with its famous Golden Mile, amusements and Pleasure Beach — as well as the two historic Victorian piers. Oh, and did we forget the 15 miles of glorious sandy beaches?
If you’re looking to hone your surf skills, slip into the wetsuit and grab your board — Gorleston, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth’s North Beach are just a few of many wave-riding paradises on Suffolk’s coast.
This region does not disappoint for foodies. Lowestoft, Great Yarmouth and Norwich boast no shortage of incredible independent eateries and watering holes. That sip of traditional, locally-brewed Suffolk cider in the summer sun tastes all the better when you’re close to source…
So, are you sold on Suffolk? We’ve built a special little community at Azure Seas and, if you’re considering holiday home ownership, we’d be delighted to welcome you into it.
