There’s more to holiday home ownership than just the holiday home. So, with a lot of choice out there, how do we set ourselves apart at Golden Beach?

We like to think it’s our location, our amenities and our ethos that makes us the perfect place to own a holiday home in Norfolk.

As a holiday park group, we’re the first in the UK to be awarded the rigorous B Corp certification. Every aspect of the running of Golden Beach has the environment and fair practice at its heart.

With our own on-park owners’ lounge, secure entry and supermarket deliveries allowed to your holiday home, all you need to remember is yourself and your family (which, of course, includes kids and dogs — we’re completely child and pet friendly).

Just off park is Sea Palling’s beautiful Blue Flag beach. Head north and you’ll find historic Happisburgh with its picture-postcard lighthouse and signs of the earliest humans in Britain. A quick walk down the other direction is Horsey Gap, the year-round home to delightful grey seal colonies.

It might be a couple of hours up the road from London, but you’re transported worlds away at Golden Beach.

If you want to keep things local, Sea Palling beach is only 200 yards from our park, with Waxham’s recently-restored grade I-listed Elizabethan Great Barn just a quarter of an hour away. The walk will give you a true at-one-with-nature feel, typifying Norfolk’s incredible, unspoiled coast.

Head deeper into Norfolk and you’ll discover it’s a treasure trove of coastal walking trails, countryside exploration and fun family days out. To discover the Broads’ waterways, ancient headrows and broadland villages in style, we’d recommend the Three Rivers Way route between picturesque Hoveton and Horning.

To combine wildlife and history into a fun family day out, you might want to head to Thrigby Hall. Banham Zoological Gardens and BeWILDerwood promise a similarly-exciting animal-filled day out, too. You could also head to mediaeval-yet-modern Norwich for independent shops and eateries galore.

You can even have supermarket deliveries straight to your unit, if you’d like.
