Partnering with B Corps to Make a Positive Impact

In 2024, we’ve been lucky enough to collaborate with some amazing fellow B Corps, including Jude’s Ice Cream, Big Potato Games, and TrueStart Coffee. These partnerships have allowed us to run exciting giveaways on our social media, bring high-quality products into our park shops, and add thoughtful touches to our welcome gifts.

Bringing Big Potato Games to our holiday parks

Before this season even began, we introduced board game libraries at every one of our holiday parks. Now, our guests can enjoy Big Potato Games, which are as quirky and fun as they are perfect for a rainy day. It’s been such a joy to add these to our growing selection of free borrows.

Supporting the UK B Corp Community

We love showcasing fellow B Corps to inspire better business practices and strengthen the UK’s growing B Corp community, which now includes over 2,000 businesses. We’re proud to have joined this movement in 2020, becoming one of the first 250 certified B Corps.

Putting ethical procurement first

As part of our B Corp certification, we’ve introduced a B Corp-aligned Code of Conduct, which we use to screen all our suppliers. Right now, we’re conducting a thorough supply chain audit, a process we’ve committed to repeating every two years.

Our Purchasing Policy prioritises local produce, and our farm-inspired park shops feature a variety of B Corp products. We’re proud to celebrate these partnerships through our Positive Impact Report and frequently spotlight them on social media as well.

Championing local craftsmanship and sustainability

Many of our free borrows highlight local craftsmanship and sustainability. Some of our favourites include:

  • Cornish-made wooden belly boards
  • Beach toy libraries
  • Forest clean stations
  • Beach Adventurer Sets

During the warmer months, our parks also host local food vendors, offering everything from fish and chips after a day at the beach to a stone-baked pizza wagon using locally sourced ingredients. These pop-ups add a real taste of the region to our guest experience.

Leading the B Corp movement in Cornwall

As a B Corp local co-chair in Cornwall, we’re proud to work alongside other incredible B Corps, such as Cornish Gems, Roddas, and St Eval Candles. For 2025, we’re planning some exciting events to bring together Cornwall’s B Corps and businesses working towards certification. These events will give us all the chance to learn from one another and share best practices.

Looking ahead

Everything we do with our B Corp partners reflects our dedication to ethical business, sustainability, and supporting local communities. From partnerships and local food to innovative initiatives, we’re proud to keep making a positive impact—for our guests, our communities, and the planet.
