Both options are fully furnished and pet-friendly and we offer financing options through Santander and our Love To Let service to help you offset your running costs. Available Holiday Homes In Cornwall
Site fees undergo annual review in November. Running expenses, like non-domestic rates and water charges, are billed annually in March unless your selected Padstow holiday home has a water meter. Gas and electricity usage is metered and billed quarterly, and insurance is mandatory, requiring an annual certificate submission.
Many owners use our fully managed letting service, Love To Let, to cover costs. We handle everything from cleaning to advertising. Let us know if you have specific dates in mind during the holiday season between March and October.
