We know that getting the keys to your new holiday home is an exciting step, and the last thing you want is unexpected costs. That’s why our goal is to provide you with all the information you need upfront. 2026 site fee estimates are coming soon.
A site fee is a contribution towards the running and maintenance of the park you choose to buy at. It covers the services that make owning a holiday home at Lovat Parks easy, hassle-free, and enjoyable, including:
Grounds maintenance – keeping gardens, lawns, and communal areas neat and inviting
Utilities and amenities – street lighting, water, and other essential services
Park management and support – a dedicated team looking after the park and your home

Our site fees are designed to be fair and transparent. Please note:
Fees vary depending on the park and plot you choose
Fees are reviewed annually and typically increase in line with inflation or to reflect changes we make to our parks
We provide transparent yearly breakdowns every November so you know exactly what you will be paying for in the following year
As an owner with us, you’ll enjoy a range of exclusive benefits, including a generous 20% discount on holidays — either for your own visits to our other parks within the brand or for family and friends — plus a 10% owner discount in the park shop and access to owner‑exclusive events throughout the year.
In addition, site fees can always be offset through letting, and with Lovat Parks you can choose to take advantage of our Love to Let service or let privately, giving you even more flexibility and value from your ownership.
