Our touring and camping area offers spacious pitches for tents, tourers and motorhomes, along with modern facilities including shower and toilet blocks. Surrounded by lakes, fells and open countryside, it’s the perfect base for exploring this special corner of Cumbria. Plus, we’re dog friendly, so the whole family is welcome.
We’re nestled in one of the Lake District’s most peaceful corners, surrounded by lakes, fells and open skies.
Set in one of the Lake District’s most peaceful corners, our touring and camping area offers a relaxed place to unwind and reconnect with nature. With spacious pitches, modern facilities and Bassenthwaite Lake nearby, it’s the ideal base for exploring the lakes, fells and hidden corners of this beautiful landscape.
Check-in is from 12pm and check-out is at 10am. Our touring and camping pitches include space for up to four guests, with modern facilities designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You’ll find shower and toilet facilities, water points and electric hook-ups available on selected pitches. Barbecues and awnings are welcome too, so all you need to do is pack your essentials, bring your four-legged companion and settle into life in the Lake District.
