Double the size of a traditional holiday home, our spacious Exclusive Lodges offer unparalleled comfort and modern conveniences to make your holiday truly relaxing. Featuring two master bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and the other with an en-suite WC, providing convenience and privacy for all guests. Additional spacious bedrooms with wardrobes, our lodges provide ample space for everyone. Enjoy the private and very spacious outdoor decking accessible through elegant French doors paired with your own private hot tub. Practical amenities such as a hairdryer, ironing board, a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher are all included. Our park also features EV charging points for electric vehicles.
Lodge features vary depending on the manufacturer and model and cannot be guaranteed. Travel cots will only fit in the living area of this holiday home.

The Waxham Sands park location is perfect for me. I wanted a site close to a great beach within an easy drive of my home. I don’t like holiday parks but this site is different in that there’s no crowded swimming pool or noisy amusement rooms, I know these facilities are popular but not with me. I like a site with good facilities while still allowing for peace and quiet if that’s what you fancy and easy access to nature.
