Double the size of a traditional holiday home, our spacious 2 bedroom Exclusive Lodges offer unparalleled comfort and modern conveniences to make your holiday truly relaxing. Sleeping up to 4 guests, featuring a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds. Bedrooms feature additional storage with wardrobes offering ample space for everyone. Enjoy the private and very spacious outdoor decking accessible through elegant French doors. Practical amenities such as a hairdryer, ironing board, a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher are all included. Our park also features EV charging points for electric vehicles.

We’ve got a mix of 2 to 3 bedroom Standard, Superior, Luxury, Luxury Plus, Premium and Premium Plus holiday homes and Exclusive and Exclusive Plus lodges, all with dog friendly options, where every dog will be greeted with their very own welcome pack. We’ve also got glamping available in our bespoke shepherd’s huts with hot tubs for couples and families.

Nestled just up the road from our park is a tranquil oasis inspired by the East, complete with Water Gardens, a Stroll garden, and a Zen Garden.

This was our second trip to a Lovat site and we were so impressed again. They’re lovely and clean and all the little touches really make such a huge difference; little welcome packs, decent quality linen, fab free games. We have already discussed where we might visit in another half term break; we’d like to tick off all the sites!
We had a wonderful relaxing stay in a luxury caravan on the Waxham Sands site. A friendly welcome on arrival at the site shop, staff very helpful. The caravan was spotless, very new, a lovely touch having a welcome pack. The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach, a real treat to see the seals! Not too far to drive to other Norfolk seaside towns attractions/beaches. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
Absolutely wonderful three night stay in a pet friendly caravan in Waxham! Every detail had been well thought off! The staff are super friendly and enthusiastic. The caravan was spotless and had some lovely essentials added. Such as milk, tea, washing up bits and a dog pack! Kate the manager was wonderful and a lady that worked in sales with a dog called “Skallywag” unfortunately missed her name. Maybe Jane……was super friendly and nice. Our children had a fab stay, plenty to do and felt safe! Food trucks are a win and the shop is well stocked! The beach and seals are breathtaking even after 13 years of visiting! We will be back!
