Available Holiday Homes In Norfolk
All of our holiday homes for sale are yours to enjoy as an owner for 10 and a half months every year, with a brief 6-week closure for maintenance from 2nd January to 14th February. Regarding tenure, you can holiday in your caravan for a span of 20 years from its initial purchase. Upon reaching this milestone, you may choose to upgrade or explore other options, and rest assured, we’ll provide you with all the support you need when that time comes.
We review site fees annually, communicating changes by January’s end. Other costs like rates and water are billed in March; electricity is metered and billed quarterly. Plus, enjoy 4 free gas bottles at Golden Beach. Remember, proper insurance is vital, with an annual certificate required. Access financing through Santander, just ask the team.
