We’ve got 2 or 3 bedroom holiday homes and lodges for sale across our holiday parks sourced from the most trusted manufacturers in the business. You’re in safe hands with us every step of the way.
Planning for the future is important. So there are no hidden surprises or nasties when owning a holiday home with Lovat Parks – it’s plain sailing (or Cornish Surfing) all the way!
Our fees are reviewed annually and owners are notified in November for the following season.
There are some running costs to look out for, including non-domestic rates and water charges, billed annually in March, unless your new home from home has a water meter filled.
When it comes to your gas and electric, usage is metered and billed quarterly. Depending on the site, gas is either supplied by bulk tanks or gas bottles.
Your holiday home must always be adequately insured. We will need you to provide us with a copy of the current certificate annually.
