Designed to maximise your holiday experience, our Premium grade features an en-suite bathroom and spacious bedrooms with ample storage. Bed linen and towels are included for your convenience. Our three bedroom Holiday Home sleeps up to eight guests with a convenient sofa bed in the living room. Stay connected with superfast Wi-Fi and enjoy entertainment with Bluetooth speakers and smart TV’s. Enjoy the spacious decking area through French doors. Practical amenities such as a hairdryer, ironing board, central heating, microwave, fridge-freezer are all included. Our park also features EV charging points for electric vehicles.
You’re looking at one of our pet friendly accommodations, where you can add up to two dogs at checkout for just £50 per dog. Your pups will receive a delightful welcome pack, including some tasty treats to ensure they feel right at home.

The Waxham Sands park location is perfect for me. I wanted a site close to a great beach within an easy drive of my home.
I don’t like holiday parks but this site is different in that there’s no crowded swimming pool or noisy amusement rooms, I know these facilities are popular but not with me. I like a site with good facilities while still allowing for peace and quiet if that’s what you fancy and easy access to nature.
