2024 B Corp in Action: Celebrating A Year Of Purpose at Lovat Parks

As a proud B Corp, we’re always looking for ways to make every stay with us a little kinder to the planet and the people around us. From the beaches of Cornwall to the countryside, 2024 has been another year of small actions adding up to big impact.

Here’s how we’ve been putting our B Corp values into action this year:

💧 48,500 water refills and counting
Thanks to our free refill points across our parks, guests have saved thousands of single-use plastic bottles — one refill at a time.

♻️ 100kg of toiletries recycled
Across our four Cornwall parks, we’ve partnered with local recycling initiatives to collect and recycle over 100kg of leftover toiletries, keeping waste out of landfill and giving materials a second life.

🤝 80 hours volunteered
Our wonderful team have dedicated over 80 hours to volunteering with local community projects, from beach cleans to wildlife conservation.

🏄 Over 200 belly board hires
At our five coastal parks in Norfolk and Cornwall, we’ve seen guests hire our traditional wooden belly boards more than 200 times this year — helping reduce demand for single-use plastic boards and keeping our beaches cleaner.

✅ 100% supplier screening
Every one of our 220 new suppliers this year has been screened to meet our ethical and environmental standards, ensuring we work only with partners who share our values.
