Luxury holiday parks in Kent.
For wildlife, woodland, history, nature & coast.

Welcome to the Garden of England.

Kent is a natural wonder — Blue Flag beaches, wildlife-filled nature reserves, winding woodland romps and undulating hills and valleys of the Kent Downs.

Our gorgeous luxury holiday park in Kent, Golden Leas, is set in the splendous surroundings of the Isle of Sheppey, with its sister extension Hollybush Farm just up the road. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better place for holiday home ownership!

A stone’s throw from the award-winning beaches of Sheerness, Minster Leas and Leysdown, there’s not one but two National Nature Reserves on the isle — and that’s not to mention the history, villages, indy restaurants and family-friendly thrills at every turn.

It might be hard to believe we’re only a mere 45-minute drive from London, with Folkestone and the Channel Tunnel easily accessible.

Golden Leas — all the amenities & a fair few luxuries.

If it’s family fun, incredible facilities and a picture-postcard location that you’re after, take a look around Golden Leas Holiday Park.

You’re assured of a warm welcome from the team whenever you join us. Nothing’s too much trouble — in fact, we’ve even been officially recognised as the ‘Friendliest Holiday Park’ in Sheppey for three years in a row!

As well as a selection of beautifully-designed holiday homes and luxury lodges for sale, there’s a host of amenities; something for everyone.

Start the day off with a relaxing dip in one of our two outdoor heated pools, or grab your rackets and head to our on-park sports courts. Afterwards, wind down with a drink in our refurbished owners’ lounge or on-park bistro.

For some excitement, make the most of the on-park live music and entertainment on offer. For the nippers, there’s a children’s play area and kids’ club. Oh, and before we forget, we even have our own vegetable patch!

These incredible amenities, lodges and service are topped off, of course, by uninterrupted views of the pristine Kent coastline…

Kent coast and country that’ll keep you coming back. A pooch’s paradise.

With refreshing sea breeze and crisp countryside air, it’s hard to believe we’re only a 45-minute drive from the hustle and bustle of London!

Fun-loving families, discerning foodies, nature enthusiasts, dog owners, beach lovers, keen cyclists, novice sailors and laid-back retirees will love Kent.

The historic Saxon Shore Way, stretching from Gravesend to Hastings, is a treasure trove of coastal walking routes, incredible clifftop panoramas and opportunities for dogs to stretch their legs.

Then there’s Sheppey itself, home to a host of dog-friendly Blue Flag beaches — Sheerness, Minster Leas and Leysdown all boast this award-winning status, a symbol of their cleanliness and world-class facilities.

Countryside abounds, too. If you’re not taking a morning stroll through Swale National Nature Reserve, you can head off Sheppey and soak up the hills and valleys of the Kent Downs, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Do, see, smell and taste Kent.

Do you long for Blue Flag family-friendly beaches, historic landmarks and stately homes? What about blissful nature, boat trips, vibrant culture, seaside towns and local Kent cuisine?

There’s too many unbelievable and awesome attractions in Kent to mention, but we’d be remiss to not point you in the direction of a few favourites.

Just on Sheppey itself, be sure to explore the dog-friendly Swale & Elmley National Nature Reserves, the Isle of Harty walking trail, the Eastchurch Aviation Museum and Minster Abbey Gatehouse Museum.

A 30-minute drive afield, over 900 years of history and 500 acres of exploration is available at Leeds Castle. Hever Castle & Gardens are also a day tripper’s dream, as is Dover Castle and the Doddington Place Gardens.

For steam-powered fun, we’d point you in the direction of Faversham Miniature Railway, Sittingbourne & Kemsley Light Railway and Bredgar & Wormshill Railway.

In search of eateries? Sheppey doesn’t disappoint; we’d recommend Mem’s Mezze in Sheerness — they certainly work magic on that charcoal grill. Don’t forget to call in for a post-adventure refreshment at The Beach Bar and The Highlander, two of our personal favourite pup-friendly local pubs!

Both of our Kent parks are suitable for couples. I would suggest checking out Hollybush Farm Holiday Park for a more peaceful laid back oasis which allows a couple to be more at one with nature and the countryside. More fun-loving couples looking for a range of activities on and off the holiday park might appreciate Golden Leas.
