Sun Haven is a holiday park but it has planning permission for 4 exclusive residential lodges where you can live all the year around.
You can choose whichever available pitch you prefer when you purchase a lodge.
These simply cover general day-to-day things including all park maintenance, landscaping, security and park facilities.
Yes of course, but your park home must never be over occupied. Only the number of occupants that your lodge has been designed for will be allowed.
