Role overview

We are looking for a Central Support team member for our Lettings product, based in the central team at Hemel Hempstead, with the ability to manage daily tasks for our holiday home-owners and support the park teams within Lovat in the delivery of the service.

You will be responsible for the service delivery of our Lettings Programme across the brand reporting into the Leadership team. Your role will focus on the personalised delivery of the service to our letting owners, managing their income, ensuring that our systems and processes are up to date, reporting and assisting with the communications with owners and looking at further ways of enhancing the scheme based on owner feedback. You will work collaboratively across teams so all are fully engaged and supported to deliver this new programme.

Once established, you will part of the team delivering the lettings scheme across the brand.

What we’re looking for:

You will be able to demonstrate strong project management skills as well as:

· Experience of working in a guest facing, preferably holiday park environment

· Experience of successfully running a similar project in a holidays business

· The ability to communicate with and influence teams across the business

· A strong customer service focus

· Organised and systematic approach

· Strong IT skills
