We are looking for a General Manager Designate, based across our two beautiful Cornish parks, Sun Haven Holiday Park & Padstow Holiday Village.
This is a great opportunity for someone with HOD experience in a hospitality setting to develop in the role towards General Manager.
As a Designate General Manager, you will support the General Manager across the operation of the park. This will include efficiently managing all areas of the park, ensuring all commercial areas are performing to their optimum potential and operating within budget, managing the park within compliance guidelines and legislation and leading our team members to enable exceptional service to be delivered to our customers.
We will support your development through a range of targeted learning activities, including mentoring, coaching and development programmes.
You will be a natural leader and communicator with experience as a Head of Department in a similar environment. You will have experience of leading, inspiring and motivating teams as well as having budget responsibility. Initiative, organisational skills, professionalism and the ability to work well with others will be a given.
