We are looking for a General Manager at our beautiful owners only holiday park Golden Leas, on the Isle of Sheppey. We are looking for someone with the ability to lead a committed team and take full accountability for delivering exceptional standards on the park.
Golden Leas has been voted the friendliest park on Sheppey and our new General Manager will lead our committed team across all park operations to maintain the high standards of which the whole team is proud. You will be involved in every area of park operations from strategic planning, ensuring that sales targets are met, our owners receive a great experience, the park is presented to the highest standard and the food and beverage, entertainment and leisure offerings are inviting and exceed expectations.
You will be a natural leader and communicator and have a track record of leading a successful holiday park. You will have delivered holiday home sales results through empowering your team on park. You will have experience of developing, inspiring and motivating teams as well as having budget responsibility. Initiative, organisational skills, professionalism and the ability to work well with others will be a given. You’ll continue to maintain and build the strong relationships with our owners to keep the sense of on-park community.
You will have a naturally flexible approach and the ability to thrive in an environment that experiences regular change and the delivery of new projects.
